PREAMBLE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between Forge-Father and its customers. Any order placed on our website implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.

For international sales, local consumer protection laws may apply based on the customer’s country of residence.

PRODUCTS AND PRICES

Products are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are provided for reference only and have no contractual value.

Prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout (EUR, GBP, USD, AUD).

  • For international orders: Prices do not include import duties, VAT, or other taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

  • For customers in the EU & UK: If applicable, VAT will be calculated at checkout based on local regulations.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility in case of a change of mind. If the product is defective or non-compliant, Forge-Father covers the return shipping costs.

Forge-Father reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

ORDERS

Orders are placed directly on our website and are only validated after payment approval.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delivery delays.

Forge-Father reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of prior dispute, non-payment, or suspected fraud.

PAYMENT

Payments are secured and processed via Shopify Payments, Stripe, and PayPal.

We accept major international payment methods, including:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • Apple Pay & Google Pay

  • PayPal

The charge is made immediately after the order is confirmed.

DELIVERY

The estimated delivery time is 10 to 20 business days. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on customs procedures and carrier delays, which are beyond our control.

Forge-Father cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.

Products are shipped to the address provided at the time of order.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility in case of a change of mind, while Forge-Father covers the return shipping costs for defective or non-compliant products.

  • The customer is responsible for paying any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applicable in their country.

  • If the customer refuses to pay these fees and the order is returned, Forge-Father reserves the right to deduct return shipping and customs costs from the refund.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Returned products must be unworn, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, Forge-Father covers the return shipping costs.

In case of a change of mind, unless stated otherwise in our return policy, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

REFUNDS

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Forge-Father will refund the amounts paid (excluding shipping fees) within 5 to 10 business days after the return is validated and the returned products are received.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.

WARRANTY

All products are covered by legal warranty of conformity and warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable consumer laws:

  • European Union & UK: Covered under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • United States: Consumer rights vary by state; federal protection applies under the FTC Act.

  • Australia: Covered under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

In case of a defective product, customers must contact customer service to arrange for a return and either a replacement or refund.

DATA PROTECTION

Forge-Father is committed to protecting customers' personal data.

We comply with:

  • Europe & UK: General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) & UK Data Protection Act 2018

  • United States: California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and relevant state laws

  • Australia: Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the Forge-Father website, whether visual or audio, are protected by copyright, trademarks, or patents.
They are the exclusive property of Forge-Father.

LIABILITY

Forge-Father shall not be held responsible for any damages resulting from the misuse of a purchased product.
In any case, Forge-Father’s liability shall be limited to the amount of the order.

DISPUTES

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, we prioritize an amicable solution before any legal action.

For international customers:

  • UK & EU: Consumers may use Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services.

  • United States: Customers can report disputes under the FTC Act.

  • Australia: The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) applies.

If no agreement is reached, the competent court will be that of Forge-Father’s registered office, unless mandatory legal provisions dictate otherwise.
