At Forge-Father, we work with trusted carriers to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. In rare situations, a parcel may experience delays or become misplaced during transit. This policy explains how we handle such cases and how our 30 day delivery guarantee works.
Scope of This Policy
This policy applies when:

You have placed an order and received a confirmation email.

The tracking does not show a normal delivery progression.

You have not received your order within 30 calendar days from the date your order was shipped.
How We Handle Delays
If your tracking appears delayed, stuck, or unclear, our team will:

Contact the carrier when necessary and open an investigation if required.

Determine whether a replacement shipment should be arranged.
In many cases, we may send a replacement before the 30 day limit is reached so that you are not left without a solution.
30 Day Delivery Guarantee (Based on Shipping Date)
Our commitment is straightforward:
If 30 calendar days have passed since the date your order was shipped,
and you have not received your order,
and the tracking does not show the parcel as delivered, collected, or picked up,
then you are entitled to a full refund for that order in accordance with this policy.
A full refund means a refund of the amount paid for the order, including standard shipping fees where applicable.
This guarantee applies whether the shipment is the original parcel, a replacement, or a combination of both. You do not need to worry about which specific parcel arrives. Either at least one shipment reaches you within 30 days from the shipping date, or we take responsibility and refund the order.
Tracking Numbers and Reshipments
When we arrange a replacement shipment, depending on the carrier:

The original tracking number may be reused, or

A new tracking number may be issued.
In either case, we will notify you by email and continue monitoring the shipment.
The 30 day period is always calculated from the original shipping date of the order, not from the date of any replacement shipment.
Important Exceptions
This policy does not apply in the following situations:

The delivery address provided at checkout was incomplete, incorrect, or invalid.

The parcel is marked as delivered, collected, picked up, held at a pickup point, or refused.

The parcel is returned to us due to non collection, refusal, unpaid customs duties, or local taxes where applicable.

The customer has already initiated a chargeback or dispute with their bank or payment provider for the same order.

The customer contacts us after the 30 day period has expired without prior communication during the delivery window.
In these cases, our standard shipping and refund policies apply.
How to Request the 30 Day Guarantee
If 30 calendar days have passed since the date your order was shipped, and:
