Delivery Delay And Lost Parcel Policy
At Forge-Father, we work with trusted carriers to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. In rare cases, a parcel may be delayed or misplaced in transit. This policy explains what happens if your order does not arrive and how our 30 day delivery guarantee works.
Scope of this policy
This policy applies when:
- You have placed an order and received an order confirmation email.
- Tracking does not show a normal delivery progression.
- You have not received your order within 30 calendar days from the date you placed your order.
How we handle delays
If your tracking looks stuck, abnormal, or unclear, our team will:
- Monitor the shipment.
- Contact our delivery partners and, if needed, open an investigation.
- Decide whether a replacement shipment should be sent to you.
In many cases, we will reship your order before the 30 day limit is reached so you are not left waiting without a solution.
30 day delivery guarantee (based on order date)
Our commitment is simple:
- If 30 calendar days have passed since the date you placed your order (the date on your order confirmation email),
- And you have not received your order,
- And tracking does not show the parcel as delivered to your address or picked up by you,
then you are entitled to a full refund for that order in accordance with this policy.
“Full refund” means a refund of the amount you paid for that order, including standard shipping fees where applicable.
This guarantee applies whether it is the original shipment, a replacement, or a combination of both. You do not need to worry which parcel arrives or which one is delayed. Either at least one shipment reaches you within 30 days from your order date, or we take responsibility and refund the order.
Tracking numbers and reshipments
When we arrange a reshipment, the following may happen depending on the carrier:
- Your USPS tracking number may stay the same and be reused by the carrier for the replacement parcel, or
- A new tracking number may be generated.
In both cases, we will inform you by email of the relevant tracking and keep monitoring it on our side.
The 30 day period is always counted from the date you placed the order, not from the date of reshipment.
Important exceptions
This policy does not apply in the following situations:
- The delivery address provided at checkout was incomplete, incorrect, or invalid.
- The parcel is marked as delivered, picked up, held at a pickup point, or refused at delivery.
- The parcel is returned to us due to non collection, refusal, unpaid customs or local taxes where applicable.
- The customer has already initiated a chargeback or dispute with their bank or payment provider for the same order.
- The customer contacts us several weeks or months after the 30 day period has passed without any prior communication.
In these cases, our standard shipping and refund policies apply.
How to request the 30 day guarantee
If 30 calendar days have passed since the date of your order and:
- You have not received your order, and
- Tracking does not show a completed delivery,

Include in your email:
- Your full name.
- Your order number.
- A short sentence confirming that you have not received the order and that tracking does not show it as delivered or collected.
Our team will manually review your case, verify the tracking and carrier information, and process your refund if all conditions are met.
