Scope of This Policy
This policy applies when:
- You have placed an order and received a confirmation email.
- The tracking does not show a normal delivery progression.
- You have not received your order within 30 calendar days from the most recent shipping date (see below).
How We Handle Delays
If your tracking appears delayed, stuck, or unclear, our team will:
- Monitor the shipment.
- Contact the carrier when necessary and open an investigation if required.
- Determine whether a replacement shipment should be arranged.
In many cases, we may send a replacement before the 30-day limit is reached so that you are not left without a solution.
30-Day Delivery Guarantee
Our commitment is straightforward:
If 30 calendar days have passed since the most recent shipping date associated with your order, and you have not received your order, and the tracking does not show the parcel as delivered, collected, or picked up, then you are entitled to a full refund for that order in accordance with this policy.
A full refund means a refund of the amount paid for the order, including standard shipping fees where applicable.
Important: If a replacement shipment is arranged for your order, the 30-day guarantee period resets from the shipping date of the replacement. This ensures that each shipment has a fair delivery window, and that we are able to provide the best possible resolution for you.
This guarantee applies whether the shipment is the original parcel, a replacement, or a combination of both. You do not need to worry about which specific parcel arrives — either at least one shipment reaches you within 30 days from the most recent shipping date, or we take responsibility and refund the order.
Tracking Numbers and Reshipments
When we arrange a replacement shipment, depending on the carrier:
- The original tracking number may be reused, or
- A new tracking number may be issued.
In either case, we will notify you by email and continue monitoring the shipment.
As noted above, if a replacement is shipped, the 30-day delivery guarantee resets from the date the replacement is dispatched.
Important Exceptions
This policy does not apply in the following situations:
- The delivery address provided at checkout was incomplete, incorrect, or invalid.
- The parcel is marked as delivered, collected, picked up, held at a pickup point, or refused.
- The parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, refusal, unpaid customs duties, or local taxes where applicable.
- The customer has already initiated a chargeback or dispute with their bank or payment provider for the same order.
- The customer contacts us after the 30-day period has expired without prior communication during the delivery window.
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, customs processing, severe weather, or other force majeure events, which may extend the delivery window beyond 30 days.
How to Request the 30-Day Guarantee
If 30 calendar days have passed since the most recent shipping date associated with your order, and:
- You have not received your order, and
- The tracking does not show the parcel as delivered, collected, or picked up,

- A brief confirmation that you have not received the order and that tracking does not show it as delivered or collected
