RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS (U.S.)

Forge-Father produces limited-run collectible figurines. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and international shipping, minor variations may occasionally occur. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable law for defective, damaged, or misdescribed goods.

DAMAGES & DEFECTS — 7-DAY NOTICE

Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue.

REPLACEMENT-FIRST RESOLUTION

Forge-Father operates a replacement-first policy. When defects are confirmed, affected components or figurines will be replaced on a case-by-case basis. Replacement timing depends on stock availability. Refunds are not the default resolution and are considered only when Forge-Father determines that a replacement cannot be provided, at our sole discretion.

RETURNS

Returns are not automatically accepted. If a return is approved by Forge-Father, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Forge-Father is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. No refund or replacement will be issued until the returned item is received and inspected.

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR

Change of mind, aesthetic preferences, minor handcrafted variations, delivery delays, misuse or modification, normal wear, or opened collectible packaging.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items purchased during promotions, discounts, or limited releases are Final Sale — not eligible for return or refund except in cases of verified defect or incorrect item.

WRONG ADDRESS / UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed status may be reshipped at the customer's expense or refunded minus original shipping costs. If the customer fails to provide a corrected address within the timeframe communicated by our team and the package is discarded by the carrier, no refund or reshipment will be issued.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed once fulfillment begins. Shipped orders cannot be canceled.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Customers agree to contact Forge-Father support before initiating a chargeback. No returns or refunds are processed while a payment dispute is active. Forge-Father reserves the right to provide delivery confirmation, product documentation, support communication, and policy acceptance records to dispute invalid claims. Filing a chargeback for an order that was delivered as described and in accordance with this policy may be considered fraudulent misuse of the dispute process.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are non-refundable in all circumstances.
